Shipping
Cellular Plans offers Next Business Day, Second Day and Ground Shipping. Actual shipping costs will be determined by the method selected along with the weight of the product(s) and distance from shipping warehouse to destination. We maintain tracking numbers for all shipments. Once an item has shipped, the tracking number will automatically be emailed to the shipping recipient. You may use the tracking number to track the progress of the shipment on the shipper’s website. A signature will be required for all deliveries. Cellular Plans has no control over products in the shipping channel so we ask that our customers be patient and if you have not received your product within 3-5 days of order, please email us and we will contact the shipping handler for you.

Returns
All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damage and must be in a condition that permits us to resell them). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components (including cables, controllers, and accessories) and the original manufacturer packaging. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange. Cellular Plans reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet the return criteria and conditions.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Cellular Plans Customer Service. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your purchase date.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us and we will provide return shipping instructions. For physical products to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive the wrong item from Cellular Plans, we will pay for the cost to return the product and have a replacement sent to you. For any item where you received the correct item, the shipping expense of the return is your responsibility and there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 2 business days. Credit will only be provided for the cost of the item. Any original shipping charges are not refundable. Defective Items (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will provide return instructions.

Products that are received by Cellular Plans in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

• Any product that is not purchased from Cellular Plans.
• Any item with obvious signs of use.
• Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
• Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
• Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
• Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage.
• Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• Special order products are not eligible for return.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Cellular Plans recommends you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Products not purchased directly from Cellular Plans must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
